Free Domestic Ground Shipping on all orders no minimum.

Free shipping offer is for ground shipping only within the 48 contiguous US states.

General Shipping Policy

Kibunliving.com will ship via ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. 

Upgraded services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) for an additional charge. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the final weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Actual shipping cost will be charged to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories).

If your order is received by 12pm EST, the in-stock items will be shipped on the same day (Monday through Friday). Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable in occurrences where Kibunliving.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge.

Tracking Your Order

For your convenience, to track your order, click on the My Account link on the Kibunliving.com web site and log in. Then simply click on the Orders button to get real time order status.

Returns

We want you to LOVE your light, but if you are unhappy with your product, we will take it back within 30 days, no questions asked.  A shipping label will be provided for free returns within 30 days of purchase, please complete our RETURN FORM or reach out to hello@kibunliving.com with any questions.
